Signature Requirement

All powder coating guns must be signed for upon delivery.

Expedited Shipping

• Next Day Air orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
• 2nd Day Air orders will be delivered two business days after shipment.
• Note: Weekends are not considered business days. If you need Saturday Delivery, please contact customer service to arrange this.

Expedited shipping methods (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) do not override the posted lead times for any products, including Formulated powders.

Combined Orders

Orders with multiple items will ship together when all products are ready. Orders containing items with different lead times will ship when the entire order is complete.

Chemical Shipping Restrictions

All chemicals must be shipped via Ground Shipping and are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.

Same-Day Shipping

We strive to ship in-stock items ordered by 12pm (CST) on the same day. However, this is not guaranteed, especially during busy shipping periods. Exclusions: Same-day shipping does not apply to ceramic coatings, equipment, metal art, pigments, or chemicals. USPS orders will experience a one-day delay before shipping.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for powder orders over $125 within the continental United States. Exclusions: Free shipping is not available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and excludes ceramic coatings, pigments, select equipment, metal art, chemicals, and blasting media. To take advantage of free shipping, select “FREE SHIPPING OVER $125” at checkout.

Flat Rate – 2-Day Shipping

The Flat Rate – 2-Day shipping option is available for powder orders only. The two-day transit time is an estimate, and is not guaranteed as with Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. No refunds will be issued for delays longer than two days. All orders are still subject to the posted lead times. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend choosing expedited shipping.

Heat Advisory

Powder is heat-sensitive. We recommend selecting expedited shipping during high temperatures to preserve the quality of your powder. Columbia Coatings is not responsible for heat damage and will not offer exchanges or refunds for such damage.

You may request to hold your order if it is not expected to arrive within the same week. To do so, add “HEAT HOLD” in the order comments. Failure to include this note means your order will not be held.

Ensure powder deliveries are collected immediately. Leaving packages outside increases the risk of heat damage. Columbia Coatings is not responsible for damages caused by leaving orders outside.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Most powder coating systems, excluding the Quik Shot, KK-171, and Sames Kremlin Systems, are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Shipping charges are not included in the guarantee. If you selected “FREE SHIPPING OVER $125,” the cost of ground shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Return Eligibility

• Only unopened, unused powders in their original packaging are eligible for return.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items (this excludes items covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that selected “FREE SHIPPING OVER $125,” the ground shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Custom powders are non-returnable.
• Please contact customer service before returning any products to ensure proper handling.

Repairs for Powder Coating Guns

When sending in a powder coating gun for repair, include your name, contact information, and a description of the issue. Repairs cannot begin without this information.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Repairs

Columbia Coatings is not responsible for the shipping costs of items being returned or sent in for repairs.

Address Verification

For new accounts, the BILL TO address must exactly match the SHIP TO address, with no discrepancies.

PayPal Orders

PayPal orders must be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal account. PayPal will verify the account if the provided information matches and the customer is using an established account. (Note: New PayPal accounts cannot be used for this verification process.)

Alternative Payment Methods

If address verification cannot be approved, the following payment methods are available:

• ACH Payment
  ACH is a direct bank-to-bank transfer. A form will be emailed to you for completion and signature. Once approved, your order can be shipped to the address of your choice. Available for U.S. customers only.

• Wire Transfer
  Wiring instructions will be provided, and the customer must complete the transfer. A $75 fee will be added for the wire transfer. Available for both U.S. and International customers.

How to Claim Your Free Gift

To receive a free gift, follow these steps:

1. Ensure your cart meets the minimum dollar amount required for the gift.
2. Select your desired free gift and add it to your cart.
3. Enter the corresponding coupon code listed on the free gift page.

Important Notes:

• No product exclusions apply for free gifts; however, at least one item in your cart must ship from our facility in Columbia, TN.
• Only one coupon code can be used per order. If a coupon code is not entered at checkout, it cannot be applied retroactively.

Member and Equipment Discounts

• Member’s Discounts, Gun Owner’s Discounts, and Equipment Owner’s Discounts do not apply to equipment orders.

• You earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
• Points are awarded based on the subtotal of your purchase (excluding taxes and shipping).
• Points are awarded in whole dollars. For example, a purchase of $14.99 will earn 14 points.
• Each point is valued at $0.02, with 50 points equating to $1 in store credit.
• Points must reach a total of 100 before they can be redeemed.
• Points are added to your account 5 days after your purchase.
• Points expire after 1 year (365 days).
• Points are not earned from equipment purchases.

Order Processing

• Orders are not processed during weekends or holidays.
• Order confirmations are sent immediately upon order placement. Please verify that your shipping address, product selections, and quantities are correct to avoid any additional charges for changes after the order is processed.

Issues with Orders

If you encounter any issues when placing your order or believe there are calculation errors, please contact customer service before finalizing the order.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, its contents cannot be changed, added, or removed. If you need to change the shipping method to an expedited option (e.g., Overnight or 2nd Day Air), please call our main sales phone line at 931-388-7730. There will be a $5 surcharge in addition to the updated shipping cost.

Credit Card Processing Fees

For equipment orders paid via credit card, the following processing fees apply:

• Visa / Mastercard: 1.5%
• Discover / American Express: 3.0%

Formulated powders are custom, made-to-order products that may require additional processing time. These powders may take up to 4 business days to process before shipping.

Please note that the processing time does not include the shipping time. Orders containing formulated powders are subject to the same shipping methods and lead times as other products.

The images of powders displayed on our website are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the lighting conditions where the product is viewed.

For precise color matching, we recommend ordering a swatch before committing to a large order. This ensures that you get the exact color you’re expecting.

All metal art pieces are custom cut to order and typically ship within 5-10 business days. Some prep work, such as sanding, de-burring, or removing small cutouts (e.g., letters), may be required upon receipt.
