AllPrep (Iron Phosphate)

AllPrep is a liquid, Iron Phosphate cleaner/conversion coating for use on ferrous, aluminum, zinc, and stainless alloys.

Apply using a wand sprayer, pump sprayer, or hand squirt bottle that is chemical safe.

• Provides cleaning and phosphate coating in one step
• Superior salt spray and humidity resistance for painted parts

Mix Instructions:

• 1 Part AllPrep to 20 Parts Water (when heated to ~ 130ºF)
• 1 Part AllPrep to 10 Parts Water (at room temperature)

Application:
If your parts have heavy amounts of oil/dirt, clean them before applying AllPrep. Dip or spray your parts with AllPrep, and let it soak for 30-60 seconds. Then rinse with clean water. Blow off the remaining moisture, then finish drying in a preheated oven. Do not drip-dry.
